Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum hardware architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems

- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerance frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive adoption of quantum cloud platforms and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum hardware engineering (superconducting/qubit manipulation)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Certification in cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
