Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Establish security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic transitions
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging quantum technologies into production environments
- Develop disaster recovery systems for critical infrastructure with quantum-secure failover
- Present quantum security roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Mentor engineers in quantum cryptography and next-gen networking protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in infrastructure security with focus on emerging technologies
- Expertise in lattice-based cryptography and NIST post-quantum standards
- Proven track record leading complex tech transitions in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of quantum threat models and mitigation strategies
- Certifications in AWS/Azure quantum services and CISSP
- Experience with distributed ledger security and zero-trust architectures
