Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Research and implement novel quantum error correction algorithms for industrial deployment
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science applications
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy in real-world scenarios
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards for 2026 infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to obtain Q-level security clearance for government collaborations
