Responsibilities
- Design and conduct novel user research methodologies for quantum computing interfaces
- Develop cognitive models for human interaction with quantum algorithms and qubit systems
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to translate complex concepts into intuitive design principles
- Create predictive UX frameworks for emerging quantum technologies (2026-2030 roadmap)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with AI specialists and quantum engineers
- Produce research artifacts that influence product strategy for quantum applications
- Establish industry standards for quantum UX evaluation metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years UX research experience with emerging technologies
- Published work in quantum cognition or neuro-quantum interfaces
- Expertise in advanced eye-tracking and biometric analysis
- Proficiency in quantum computing simulation environments (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating research on non-linear human-computer interaction
