Responsibilities
- Design and architect the core infrastructure for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, specifically targeting 2026 technology standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex algorithms into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment of AI models in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the AI department.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and bias mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
