Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead technical strategy sessions, defining roadmaps for system evolution and microservices migration.
- Optimize database performance and data flow for real-time predictive analytics.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of code excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product and security teams to implement zero-trust security protocols.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural audits to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Go (Golang) and/or Rust for high-performance backend services.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipeline integration and data engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
