- Future-Proofing Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap to ensure our platform is compatible with emerging standards, including next-gen AI integration and decentralized networks.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential architectural bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure 99.999% uptime.
- Patent & Innovation: Spearhead research projects aimed at patenting novel algorithms or architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role within high-scale tech environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Fluency: Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, edge computing, and quantum computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues under tight deadlines.
