Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Lead technical due diligence for strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
- Advocate for innovation culture across the organization, fostering a 'future-first' mindset.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives focused on long-term technological advantage.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and scaling disruptive technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
