Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D assets, icons, illustrations, and character animations for web and mobile applications.
- Craft intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX components that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure visual fidelity across all touchpoints.
- Optimize 2D assets for performance without compromising on visual quality.
- Stay ahead of design trends and contribute creative ideas to team brainstorms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a 2D Artist, Graphic Designer, or Animator.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or Sketch.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D illustration, character design, and motion graphics.
- Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
