Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity 2D user interfaces, icons, and illustrations for web and mobile applications.
- Create compelling motion graphics and micro-interactions using After Effects and CSS animations to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve accessibility.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with a focus on business impact and user needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, graphic design, or UI design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with motion design and a portfolio demonstrating animated interfaces or assets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
