We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our elite engineering team and help define the architecture of the future of intelligent automation.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering, ensuring our agents are not only intelligent but also reliable, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex multi-step AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and tool utilization.
- Model Integration: Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal models into production pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume agent deployments.
- Security & Safety: Implement guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and ethical AI safeguards within agent systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and MLOps practices.
