We are building the operating system for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) by 2026. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Engineer to lead our research initiatives and define the future of intelligent systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for next-gen applications and infrastructure.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time latency requirements in high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes, or similar).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale data processing and model training.
