What You Will Do:
We are seeking a technical leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will define the architectural standards for our AI infrastructure and mentor a team of brilliant engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and infrastructure pipelines.
- Lead the architecture for Generative AI applications, focusing on LLM optimization and fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure system security, privacy, and compliance in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems to production.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
