In this pivotal role, you will work at the intersection of research and engineering, defining the architectural patterns for our next-generation neural networks and ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and efficient at scale. You will define the technical roadmap for our AI products, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and model deployment pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Research & Development: Drive innovation in machine learning algorithms, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and throughput to meet enterprise-grade SLAs and user expectations.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage in all development processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and model training.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams, managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex issues and optimize system architecture under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
