Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) to drive product innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Develop rapid prototypes to validate concepts and de-risk complex technical investments.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
