Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure for large-scale data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to develop proprietary AI models.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI model training and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex research into market-ready solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
