Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models and generative AI models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Optimization: Focus heavily on model efficiency, latency reduction, and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Backend, Security) to integrate AI models into production applications.
- Roadmap Strategy: Contribute to the technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that align with our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray) is highly desirable.
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art NLP models and LLMs in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on large-scale system architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
