Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of handling the computational demands of the 2026 era.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Quantum Machine Learning and advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for AI integration across all Nebula Horizon products and services.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical Governance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to the highest standards of bias mitigation, safety, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred; Masterβs degree with significant industry experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends in AI and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
