Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating generative models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to define product requirements.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency inference and high throughput in cloud-native environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI/ML development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and quantum computing to drive innovation.
- Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance and accuracy of AI models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience designing microservices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models to millions of users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) is highly preferred.
