Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead experiments in emergent AI behaviors and reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-throughput inference pipelines capable of processing real-time data streams at scale.
- Guidance Systems: Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping complex systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract research into concrete architectural roadmaps.
