Responsibilities
- Design Scalable Neural Architectures: Architect and deploy state-of-the-art neural networks capable of processing real-time sensory data with zero latency.
- Pioneer Generative Research: Lead research in Synthetic Data generation and diffusion models to accelerate training cycles for autonomous agents.
- Integration & Optimization: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with robotic control systems to enable autonomous decision-making in unstructured environments.
- Explainable AI (XAI): Develop frameworks to ensure model transparency and interpretability, adhering to global ethical AI standards.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Robotics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and GPU optimization (CUDA).
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML, with a focus on LLMs or reinforcement learning.
- Edge Computing: Strong understanding of deploying models on Edge devices and experience with TinyML.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
