Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 flagship model.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, adhering to strict data privacy and bias mitigation protocols.
- Optimize existing models for low-latency deployment in high-volume cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture within the team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) mechanics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
