Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents for the 2026 release cycle.
- Model Optimization: Engineer efficient inference pipelines and optimize model latency for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier ML engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, identifying key technologies and tools required for future growth.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and best practices for AI safety, fairness, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; proven experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Ray, or similar).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
