Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and large-scale neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive feature adoption.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native AI infrastructures.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, model interpretability, and data governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) is highly preferred.
