Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities targeted for deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability for high-volume production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end AI projects from research to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) and RAG architectures.
