Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling billions of parameters and complex inference tasks for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of model quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques to optimize LLM performance on edge devices.
- Multi-Modal Integration: Develop architectures that seamlessly integrate text, vision, and audio data streams for advanced AI assistants.
- RAG & Knowledge Graphs: Engineer robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and semantic search systems to enhance AI accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate research breakthroughs into production-ready software.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and fairness checks to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with emerging regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping innovative AI products at scale.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
