Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to pioneer new AI capabilities that will define the 2026 landscape.
- System Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning, quantization, and deployment of models to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into technical strategies, ensuring our AI products remain competitive in the rapidly evolving market.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-scale production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
