Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation model training (2026+ requirements).
- Lead the technical strategy for optimizing model performance, reducing latency, and improving inference efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to integrate novel AI capabilities into production environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in deep learning, distributed systems, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and high-availability systems.
