Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for upcoming product releases.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, distributed machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Model Optimization: Drive research into cutting-edge algorithms (transformers, GANs) to enhance model accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models and data architectures adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with large language model (LLM) deployment.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
