Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and ethicists to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical mentorship for junior and senior engineers alike.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
