Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of the company’s 2026 AI Roadmap, ensuring system scalability, high availability, and security.
- Model Development & Optimization: Develop and optimize deep learning models and LLMs for complex, real-world data processing tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings seamlessly.
- MLOps Strategy: Establish and maintain best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, data governance, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Innovation Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Edge Computing) to stay ahead of the curve for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Production Experience: Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs or recommendation systems to production environments.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and mentor junior engineers.
