Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling agentic workflows and complex multi-modal data inputs.
- Lead Model Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for 2026 use cases, focusing on reduced latency and enhanced reasoning capabilities.
- Define Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps that align with our 2026 vision.
- Optimize MLOps Pipelines: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI models, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
- Mentor & Cultivate Talent: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with LangChain and modern agent frameworks.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a track record of shipping production-level AI applications.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and vector database architecture.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to solve complex engineering challenges.
