As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems that power our global products.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Strategy: Design and implement the core architecture for 2026 flagship AI products, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends, specifically generative models and edge computing, to drive product innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale machine learning models, reducing latency and improving throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and industry regulations regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is mandatory.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience implementing cutting-edge AI solutions with a focus on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering high-impact results in fast-paced environments.
