Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing environments.
- Design the architecture for autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and self-correction.
- Implement robust data pipelines to ensure high-fidelity training data for continuous model refinement.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in researching novel approaches in reinforcement learning and synthetic data generation.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ensuring transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
