Your Mission
As our Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for the high-level design of our AI systems, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, scalable production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning architectures for 2026-ready products.
- Lead the technical strategy for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our existing tech stack.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and data privacy compliance across all AI deployments.
- Define best practices for model training, evaluation, and MLOps (Machine Learning Operations).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models handling terabytes of data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
