Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and data processing architectures.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary AI models.
- Ensure AI systems are ethically sound, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and research to drive innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
