Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Design and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation pipelines to ensure model accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI requirements and feature sets.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in machine learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Multimodal AI and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
