Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of scalable AI systems, focusing on high-availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced deep learning models, including Transformers, GANs, and reinforcement learning agents.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (such as the AI Bill of Rights) to mitigate bias and ensure fairness.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps for AI integration across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
