Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models with a focus on Generative AI and LLM optimization.
- Lead research initiatives to prepare our infrastructure for the emerging technologies of 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy across diverse hardware environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models is highly preferred.
