Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI/ML architectures for production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the AI team.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, generative adversarial networks) to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Dask).
- Proven experience deploying models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
