Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement high-performance neural architectures capable of handling agentic workflows and complex decision-making processes.
- Lead R&D Integration: Spearhead the integration of emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer optimizations, into our core product suite.
- Optimize Model Performance: Drive initiatives to reduce inference costs and latency while maximizing accuracy and hallucination reduction in dynamic environments.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for AI safety, data privacy, and ethical AI usage across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Future-Proof Roadmap: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains relevant and competitive for the 2026 timeframe and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Model Optimization: Experience in model quantization, pruning, and deploying models on edge devices or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
