Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Push the limits of inference speed and efficiency on next-gen hardware (GPUs/TPUs).
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A proven track record of shipping cutting-edge AI products.
