Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, self-improving AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making in complex environments.
- Oversee the integration of neural interfaces with cloud infrastructure to create seamless human-machine collaboration.
- Drive the research and implementation of post-silicon computing paradigms, including quantum-enhanced machine learning models.
- Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Mentor a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on Deep Learning or Cognitive Science.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and advanced neural network architectures.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
