Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling the demands of the 2026 data landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and transparency in model outputs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and reinforcement learning.
