Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for large-scale generative models.
- Lead the technical strategy for transitioning legacy systems to next-gen AI frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for deep learning and MLOps.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional leadership.
