Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable distributed systems for large-scale machine learning training and inference.
- Optimize deep learning model performance and reduce latency across GPU clusters.
- Design fault-tolerant infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate theoretical models into production-grade software.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines and automated scaling.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and distributed training frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
