Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions for high-traffic production environments.
- Lead the design of neural network architectures and optimize model inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends relevant to the 2026 roadmap, including Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying complex models in production environments.
