Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures tailored for high-volume generative tasks.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric product features.
- Lead research initiatives to explore emerging paradigms in multimodal AI and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and large language model (LLM) development.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions to production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
