Responsibilities
- Architect and Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI infrastructure, including machine learning pipelines, data lakes, and model deployment strategies.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and architecture for our 2026 product releases, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in high-traffic environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge advancements (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI) into our ecosystem.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Frameworks: Proven track record of implementing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, BERT).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-impact problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
