Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and Machine Learning systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high performance under heavy load.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies to enhance our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in System Design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
